- Returns must include all original components.
- To complete an in-store return or exchange, you need to provide the order confirmation email and payment details.
- If you’re unable to provide the product receipt and we can’t verify the original purchase price of the product, your refund will be issued in the form of in-store credit, equal to the lowest selling price of the product sold by Toliea within the 30 days preceding the return. Guests will be asked to provide valid government-issued identification (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or military ID).
- To ensure the best shopping and product return experience for as many guests as possible, if we suspect misuse of our generous return policy (such as excessive returns, resale activity, or fraudulent behavior), Toliea reserves the right to limit returns.
- Items purchased from other retailers, dealers, or resellers, rather than directly from Toliea, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Single-use coupons used in the original purchase cannot be returned.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If a return includes free products or gifts, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of the original purchase.
